Ranseur Building – Paços de Ferreira

Located in Paços de Ferreira, next to a park regularly used for a local fair, the building tries to capture the city’s experience and the natural elements present in the Largo da Feira.

Using a sober and contemporary configuration, the building is composed of four floors, fitting-in with the attached building. The first floor is commerce purposed and the remaining floors are for housing.

In this proposal, noble materials were used, such as wood and marble stone, in order to enhance the building itself while creating a coherent link with its surroundings.
